The repetitive half of your business, running itself.
Enquiries answered at midnight. A chatbot that actually knows your prices. Follow-ups that go out whether you remember them or not. I build the thing, hand it over, and you get on with the work only you can do.
Different jobs, same idea: if it follows a pattern, it can be handed over.
A chatbot that knows your business
On your website or WhatsApp, trained on your prices, your services and your coverage area — not generic waffle. It answers what it knows and passes anything else to you.
Enquiries answered and booked
Forms, emails, WhatsApp and missed calls all handled in one place, with real slots from your calendar offered while the customer is still interested.
Quotes chased without nagging
The quote you sent three weeks ago gets a polite nudge on its own. Reviews get asked for after the job. Nothing goes quiet because you were busy.
The paperwork in the background
Invoices raised, jobs logged, details copied between the systems you already use. The work that eats an evening a week and earns you nothing.
Not everything should be automated. The repetitive, predictable, tedious parts should be — and that's usually more of the week than owners expect.
From first call to handover in about a week.
It plugs into what you already use. No new app to log into, no dashboard to remember to check, nothing for your team to learn.
Fifteen minutes on the phone
You tell me where the time goes and how enquiries reach you. I tell you what's worth automating and what isn't.
I build it and show you
You see it working on your own business before you commit to anything. If it doesn't do what you hoped, we change it or we stop.
Live, and I stay reachable
It runs on your channels. I tune the replies over the first few weeks, and you have my number rather than a support queue.
One person, not an agency.
I'm Kahin. I build these setups myself, one client at a time, from London.
That means you get my number instead of a ticketing system, and a straight answer if I don't think automation will help you — I've told people that before and I'd rather do it on a first call than after you've paid. Setup takes about a week, and I'll sit with you to get the replies sounding like you rather than like a robot.
The questions I always get asked.
Will customers know it's a bot?
It doesn't pretend to be you. It replies promptly and helpfully and hands over the moment something needs a human. Most people care far more about getting a fast answer than about who typed it.
What if it gets something wrong?
It only answers what you've told it to answer. Anything outside that — unusual pricing, complaints, awkward requests — gets passed to you untouched rather than guessed at.
My business is a bit niche. Will it work?
Maybe not, and I'll say so. It works best where the same questions come up over and over. If most of your enquiries are genuinely one-off, you'll get less out of this than the sales pages suggest.
Do I have to change how I work?
No. It sits on top of your existing inbox, phone number, website and calendar. Switch it off tomorrow and everything carries on exactly as it does now.
What does it cost?
A one-off build fee plus a monthly amount, depending on how much you want covered. I'll quote you on the call — no obligation, no drawn-out sales process.
Fifteen minutes, and you'll know if it fits.
Tell me where your week goes and I'll tell you honestly whether this is worth doing. If it isn't, that's a short call and we both get on with our day.
